Travel Authorizations and Visas for the United States
How to obtain a travel authorization:
Beginning 12 January 2009, all nationals and citizens of Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries who plan to travel to the U.S. for temporary business or pleasure for 90 days or less will be required by law to
obtain travel authorization prior to initiating travel to the United States. This authorization can be obtained online through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), a free Internet application
administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland security.

Travelers from countries not in the VWP are still required to obtain a Visa upon entry into the United States.

| Uploading the final version of your manuscript and obtaining a formal acceptance letter on conference letterhead for a manuscript accepted to the conference are both performed using the PaperPlaza conference paper management web site (link to http://css.paperplaza.net). The acceptance letter may be used to apply for funding, travel permits, or a visa. An acceptance letter request can only be made using the PaperPlaza web site by following the simple instructions outlined below. |

For Attendees who do NOT have a paper at the conference: An invitation letter on conference letterhead will be issued upon request for those who do not have a paper in the conference program but wish to attend the conference and have paid the registration fees. Please contact the program chair for further details, with the subject "Request for Invitation Letter to the 2009 ACC". |
