Martha A. Grover is a Professor in the School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds the Thomas A. Fanning Chair in Equity-Centered Engineering. Her research integrates feedback control, stochastic modeling, and data-driven methods to design and control self-assembling systems and crystallization processes, with applications spanning materials, pharmaceuticals, and energy systems.
Dr. Grover is internationally recognized for her leadership in control education and has created widely used, freely available instructional resources in process dynamics and control through LearnChemE. She has provided extensive service to the control community through leadership roles in A2C2, IFAC, CACHE, and major international conferences, and is known for her commitment to inclusive and equity-centered engineering education.
